Work-Life Balance Constructs and Job Satisfaction: Evidence from the Palestinian Investment Sector

With the continuous evolution of globalization and increasing technological openness between all countries worldwide, employees’ awareness about quality life balance work matters has constantly been escalating. Although a tremendous body literature internationally exists on Work-Life Balance Job Satisfaction, yet previous scholars across Palestinian context have not connectedly addressed these terms. Both satisfaction recently getting more focus than expected due to fast-forwarding cycles obnoxious inferior political economic situation that faces every person, family, society, company in Palestine, which significant influence productivity performance both organizations employees. The this study is measurement work-life job employees exploration relationship terms at different companies investment sector while exploring critical working issues personal among with further examination how concept WLB might affect satisfaction. This study's key contribution highlight thus be considered Palestine other developing similar threats, especially after having positively correlated by current research results.
